Calin is 7!

Calin's birthday is July 9th.  We had plans to be in Yellowstone on his birthday so we celebrated it early with Olivia.

 We got him a gun!  I know many people think we are crazy, but we don't let him use it unless Brian is helping him and otherwise it's locked in the gun case with the keys put up.  He was more than excited when he opened his gift.  He didn't even care that he only got one present.  We have been teaching him gun safety rules and he's really catching on.  It's just a small Rossi with an interchangeable barrel so it can be a 22 cal rifle or a 410 shotgun.  Brian took him outside to shoot it, but I didn't know and didn't get any pics.  I'll take some next time.

His birthday pancakes, however I forgot to take chocolate chips with us to Yellowstone so they were just regular ones.  He was a little bummed, but excited to blow out the candle.  Jackson has now had three birthdays this year.  Every time we celebrate one he thinks its his birthday too.  Oh and he's 4 now lol!
